Duke3D: Delete existing dummyplayer sprite if standing on TROR water

Dino Bollinger requested to merge dibollinger/eduke32:tror_water_fix2 into master

The previous fix overlooked the case where the dummyplayer sprite already existed, e.g. when moving from a normal WATER sector to a TROR water sector.
