Alter modeline that causes Vim to complain

Dino Bollinger requested to merge dibollinger/eduke32:vim_modeline into master

This line caused Vim to report an error every time the file is opened.

Also, the modelines are kind of inconsistent in general, most source files don't have them. Should they be kept?
