Initial ARM64 Windows 10 support
As an exercise to myself I set out to build a functional native version for ARM64 Windows. Unfortunately it is hampered by some restrictions so no OpenGL modes at the moment, but otherwise it runs on my Lumia 950 XL running an unofficial version of full Windows 10, which is the only test platform I have at the moment.
