SW: Make SK_CENTER_VIEW use existing return to center forumla when !PEDANTIC_MODE.
- Return to center with smooth like auto-return when using SK_LOOK_UP/DOWN.
- Also fixed a few places where tabs were used instead of 4x spaces for more consistency with the rest of the source.
