Mapster32: Use APPBASENAME for testing maps

Dino Bollinger requested to merge dibollinger/eduke32:m32appbasename_fix into master

Allows FURY compiled mapster32 to launch fury.exe

Not sure if this is the right way to do it, but I tested it on Linux and Windows and it works.
