Duke3D: Fix loading of maphacks when loading a savegame

Dino Bollinger requested to merge dibollinger/eduke32:mhk_savegame_take2 into master

This probably requires a thorough review. Maphack loading works -- I avoided altering the structure of the save file.

Tell me if you see anything that looks super wrong.
