NetDuke32: Prediction code to-do

Things that need fixing:

  • Pistol reload sound doesn't play on respawn (for local player, only.)
  • Chat sound doesn't play for one's own chat. (Dunno if intentional ATM)
  • Ammo displays and inventory selection use non-predicted values, making them delayed visually.
  • Access card use isn't fully predicted. (Need to update checksectors)
  • Potential desync during co-op transitions.
  • Protozoid slimers don't visually move with predicted position. (Worked around with a hack, for now.)
  • RNG from primary Mighty Foot is mispredicted.
  • Sector lighting from muzzle flashes isn't predicted.
  • Rotscrnang isn't predicted. (Sort of fixed, need to think of a new way to interp it.)
