Duke3D: Player aim input is no longer recorded in demos, causing immediate desync

Player input appears to no longer be recorded in demos, causing immediate desync as the demo player is unable to turn around at all. The only thing that does make him turn are periodic state snapshots that attempt to restore demo sync (unsuccessfully).
Can be reproduced by creating a demo anywhere and then watching the playback after quitting to title. (assuming the crash in #78 (closed) is fixed)
(Also, as a sidenote, it might be desirable that the quote "demo recording started" cannot be seen during playback)
