Duke3D/Engine: Extremely specific OPL3 crash when replacing grabbag.mid with an OGG
So this is kind the edge case to end all edge cases, but if one replaces
grabbag.mid with any OGG file (either through CON or directly), and then loads the OPL3 emulator exactly 6 times, then the game will crash to desktop.
