Engine: Game freezes when trying to play certain midi tracks through OPL3 Emulation

The midi file in the attachment crashes the game on the first note when played using OPL3 emulation. Windows MME does not have any problems playing this midi.

Crash has been present since OPL3 emulation was introduced.
