Games missing if shareware is found

I've been playing with the idea of making the shareware version of Duke3D available on flathub alongside the EDuke32 flatpak.

However when the shareware version is available EDuke32 the game list doesn't show other available versions.

I think it would be cool for EDuke32 to be ready to play on install but I feel like this issue would produce too much friction for anyone trying to play any release version.
