MIDI playback bleeds into intermission screen when Windows MME is active
Easy to notice if you disable all sounds and simply listen to the Music with Windows MME active, then exit a level.
A single note of the midi playback will occasionally bleed into the intermission screen, changing to a standard midi piano sound and get "stuck" for a short moment.
In addition, Midi playback with Windows MME can still occasionally freeze the game on map exit. Perhaps this is related to this problem?
