-gamegrp [file.grp] stopped working
According to #266 it worked in the past (for non network folders).
But nowadays if DUKE3D.GRP is being put in the same folder of EDuke32 then there's no issue.
Yet if it's used via -gamegrp something\DUKE3D.GRP
then it states "Found no recognized game data!".
This happens with both absolute and relative folders.
