Loading a saved game leads to assertion failure related to coroutines
Steps to reproduce:
- Warp to E1L1 with this command: eduke32 -l1 -v1 -m
- Save a game.
- Close EDuke32 and then restart it, warping to E1L1 in the exact same manner.
- Try to load the saved game.
eduke32: source/duke3d/src/savegame.cpp:410: int32_t G_LoadPlayer(savebrief_t&): Assertion `mco_running() != co_drawframe' failed.
