Model animations played via action do not obey y-flipping cstat bit
Any model that is currently playing an animation via the
action CON command do not obey the y-flipping cstat bit (4).
The first screenshot is when the model is not playing any action with cstat 4 set, the second is the same model after it starts playing an action.
I created a very simple test bed here, running the latest EDuke32 as of this submission:
I did test x-flipping (cstat 8) and it does appear to obey that bit, even when both flipping bits are combined (cstat 12), screenshot 3
