Duke3D: Maphack lights do not show up when changing from Polymost to Polymer

This only seems to be affecting the maphack lights. The same test map as in #173 (closed) can be used, and the effect is the same, so I will keep this issue short.

maphack_bug.zip

Simply load up E1L1 in Polymer, change the renderer to Polymost, and then back to Polymer again. You will notice that the floor texture renders flat now, indicating that the lights added by the maphack have disappeared. This does not affect any point or spotlight sector effectors, nor any lights emitted by sprites.
