Duke3D: Looping sounds are muted after save load
This one is my fault.
Because of commit d8934405, looping sounds that are outside the audible range are now permanently muted after loading a saved game.
I would suggest reverting d8934405 and reopening #75 (closed) since the patch I submitted causes a much more severe problem than what it fixes. Can't think of an appropriate solution for both issues right now.
